My experience from Lagos to Abuja was very bad. Although the bus was well-conditioned, the bus kept spoiling at intervals and the driver drove at a slow pace. The bus took off 7 a.m. from Iyana Ipaja and 12 hours after, we were still stuck at Okene. P.S. The staff at the terminal and the driver had no good customer relations too.

The entrance is way too cramped & often inadequate, even drop off, parking for customers. Porters are not always attentive to help customers to bring in their luggage from the roadway or aid them from ticket purchase/issue desk or waiting areas to bus loading location. The terminal is neat enough but often compromised by government road works No rain protection during loading. Buses often leave later than posted times. But the one day you arrive late... the bus will be on time!

I enjoyed my journey from Lagos to Awka, in Anambra state. The bus was very comfortable. I boarded first class so we were served snacks and GIG bottled water.
