Just OK. Good residential estate with old but good buildings. Serene environment and good power supply. But estate lacks basic amenities like a bank, ATM, good equipped hospital (though there is an average clinic), no mosque for prayers, and no sporting facilities. Access road is terrible.

Serene and lovely residential area in Agbara.Looks unbelievable until you are in the estate.Was fashioned after cities like Brooklyn in NY.Owner of the estate had a good vision back then and replicated a residential area with central sewage system, good connecting roads and facilities like super market, shopping mall adjacent to estate but very close by.Security is good and light is relatively constant.May be a little bit higher in terms of rental but it is worth it for well paid employees in the numerous multinational companies around the estate.
