Nice ambiance. But, staff needs training. The burger was rare though they never asked how we wanted it. We eventually waited 15 minutes to prepare another one. To our surprise, the meat was raw too. The chef gave us a funny excuse and begged us to wait for another burger.

Upscale restaurant in an upscale area. Great ambience and very lovely eating experience. Theirs was one of my best lemonades ever - almost veering towards a mojito! Attracts quite some elite diners. The interior decor tries to incorporate themes from everyday Lagos, making you feel it’s quite a ‘chill’ place to go. Again, I give multiple kudos to their food.

Good place for a calm breakfast. I recommend the Fish (in batter) and sweet potato chips. Crisp and courteous staff, but they need to add to their hot cups. Unfortunately there was no Cappuccino, no cafe latte and no chai latte, just a small set of simple coffees and teas.

My first experience here I was totally blown away by the ambience&customer service, apparently that was a flash in the pan as it was on February 14. My second time here on February 23 the ambience and customer service was sub-par. In terms of Ambience the ACs was cooling at a disappointing 26° and the staff were clueless on how to get it to 16°. Attention was not paid to my order after i specifically requested chilli sauce not be included. Overall 3* captures my last experience.

Had dinner with my sister and her friend at the Bistro. When we wanted to place our orders, a number of items on the menu were unavailable. We had a long wait before everybody had their food served. Overall, I think the aesthetics of the place is more interesting than the food itself. The parking lot is quite spacious but the entrance and pathway in the bistro is not wheelchair accessible.

For all the hype of Danfo Bistro, it falls below expectations. The menu is limited, although, the ewa agoyin and bread was really nice. There’s a rooftop but you are only allowed to have drinks there. The staff are courteous and helpful. The aesthetics is also nice.

There was quite a buzz about this place when it first opened and so I was really looking forward to visiting. I must say that I was pleased that I did. The ambience has been very creatively done and has got a bit of a traditional and retro feel to it. I had veggie ramen noodles (although I got a prawn added to it) and it was quite tasty. The waiters looked very neatly dressed and appeared professional as well. I would visit again.

This place has a cool alt vibe; mixed with local elements which reflect in the music, the manner of dressing- even the decor right to the bathroom. The food is an interesting twist on popular Nigerian meals. Best to ask for a proper description before you order, except you don’t mind being shocked, like my friend was with this “sandwich”. Lol! Note that it’s kinda pricey too.

Truly a nice little restaurant that serves both Nigerian and some continental dishes. Simple fare, nothing dressed up, or pretentious. Superb ewa agoin on Agege bread with plantain, ogi and akara also burgers and fries. Something for everyone. The decor is very African with colourful ankara fabric covering some chairs and other chairs covered in Danfo yellow. There is local art on the walls and a very nice ambience. Prices are very reasonable too, so all in all a winning combination. Well worth visiting.

The experience was good. Maybe a bit overhyped but I loved the ambience and the use of relatae Lagos experiences in the food, drinks and aesthetics of the place. I had the spaghetti and it was tasty with meat balls and plantain at N3500. Water is N500. Virgin Mojito was I think N2000. The prices are somewhat affordable for the location. I like that it is not overly priced. The staff are courteous. All in all, it was a good experience.

My first time in Danfo Bistro was for an official meeting with a group of people and I liked it. One of the things I really enjoyed was the ‘Danfo wings’ I ordered for. Fast forward to a few days later after that meeting, I wanted a night out with family/friends for my birthday and I was looking for that nice ambience with good music(the DJ that night was in sync with my spirit; mind blowing) and good vibes kind of night; don’t forget food and drinks(their Virgin Mojito is the sh**!lol), I got exactly that and it was one of the best nights ever! PS: the staffs were polite and friendly.

Great concept. Great idea and very breezy approach to dining. Smart operation with trendy stuff and the clientele that are similarly inclined. A refreshing addition to the community with those sort of meals you would have had but have it packaged differently to appeal to those who are open and welcoming. Unsurprising that it is located in a shopping complex that is in itself very exceptional. Music is just right not too loud to support the whole package. Good food, good prices. Love it.

Danfo Bistro is a true to theme spot! Walking in the space isn’t the biggest but when you look closer that’s where the beauty lies. Old license plates are are fashioned into lamp/bulb holders, some glass tables have the license plates inside them and one even has an entire Danfo bus door inside! The open air space upstairs is also lovely and open and has a hollowed out Danfo bus serving as a bar of sorts! If you’re all about aesthetics, Danfo Bistro will be a great one for you. For the food I had nothing but praise for it! The appetizer which was some yam chips ( thinly sliced ) with beef sauce was simply scrumptious! The Ewagoin was divine and the Spaghetti was creamy and lovely. The portions however could be larger but that can be easily overlooked. The Sangria however was nothing mind blowing at all, it was a bit underwhelming and over priced for what you get. Their drinks selection was also a bit underwhelming but that could be because they said their drinks menu was still being worked on. The food is a bit of the high side depending on who you are but it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a must visit. I will definitely be going again to try out other things in the menu.

This is a nice quirky bar bistro not far from lekki bridge roundabout in Ikoyi. Its danfo themed with a range of appropriate and excellent quality art on some walls. Its unusual for me to say this but take a look at the bathrooms. They are pretty unique! Its a great open air bar on the top floor and a comfortable airconditioned restaurant on the first floor. I first visited for an evening drink and the top floor is lively and has a refreshing breeze. A few days later I visited for breakfast and had a very well presented hearty breakfast. All in all this is a lovely concept and I will definitely visit again.

It was very easy to locate, and I loved that. I went with a friend and we got the Naija Spaghetti Bolognese which came with dodo and something like minced meat. It was tasty and I liked it. We also ordered fries which were really crispy, maybe slightly over burnt but still great nonetheless. Then we had some wings and a dip I can’t remember. Loved that the wings were a lot, not sure about the dip. For the drinks menu, we had the zobo sangria and it was amazing. As a lot of people have said, it’s a classic re-imagination of Nigerian food and it’s interesting. I didn’t opt for the beans sandwich thing because I don’t like beans but people seemed to like them so I’m guessing it’s a go. The ambience is absolutely great and a lot of thought was put into the decor. My friend and I loved it and we hope it sticks to this theme it has going on for it right now.
