The hotel is located in a very busy area with stanbic IBTC ATM machines located in front of the hotel making the issue of cash not a problem. They have wide open area for outdoor relaxation and the buildings are located a bit inside from the noisy Abeokuta Ibadan road which constantly experience traffic in that area. The traffic issue can be a big problem most of the time. Apart from traffic issue the hotel is well situated with security guaranteed. There are many neighbouring supermarket and stores so you do not have to walk far to get whatever you may need that is not available in the hotel
