From the mediocre customer service to dirty sheets, bad leaking AC’s that stop functioning in the middle of the night, an international conference of Africa’s finest mosquitoes, waterless bathrooms and unsavory food, this hotel has it all. Having to call reception more times than a crazy girlfriend calls her ex, I can categorically tell that your money willl do better elsewhere.
