This is a good place but the rooms are too costly and the upstairs are not wheelchair accessible. The meeting room is good the bar is great and the lounge is good too. The security is very good and up doing. The car park is spacious. The staff are friendly and up doing. The Chef is very active and can cook well. The meeting room is ok with convenient. In total this place is good but I hold my one star because of price.

The room interior and bedding was impressive but the toilet was just average. The food at the hotel was also average. We had to call the kitchen to know what was available, as there was no menu in the room, which seems like the norm there. Overall, it was an okay place.

If u want a quiet hotel please dont go to IBD hotel, someone came to my room around 12 midnight banging on my door saying hes room service and asking if i needed anything, i was so scared and upset. Also the cleaners go around cleaning from 7am and making noise with their cleaning eqiupment. I didnt get any rest which was my aim of goin to an hotel to sleep. No good value for your money at all. Too expensive. They have a nice pool though.
