The Peninsula Resort hotel provides the perfect getaway for families. The elegant guest rooms are luxuriously furnished so guests can have a home away from home experience. The facilities are tired..desperately in need of renovation . The receptionist called Stella took us round and booked 20 rooms for us. She then sent us HER own account details for payment. Shortly after advising her that we could only pay into the corporate account she cancelled the reservation giving the lame excuse that the generator and electricity supply were faulty. This organisation lacks integrity and should be avoided at all costs.
