Great, but ask first if breakfast is complimentary when you are offered group discounts. The staff are a bit snotty and not very inclined to accommodate special requests. We wanted a kettle to plug in our meeting room as opposed to water in jugs. It took quite a bit of persuading. The Afang is great.

Please you still need to work on the internet its really not strong enough especially when you are in the room...and I expect that by next year the surrounding should be given another look..( flowers, and change of some statue, the water fountain should always be on, a bit more colour is needed) cheers team rockview

I went for a one day meeting in one of their halls. From the security guards to the receptionist and all staff I met, they were very courteous and helpful directing me to the venue. In addition, the lunch provided was very good. The hotel has a lot of space for parking and a very standard swimming pool. The only downside is that the swimming pool is not as close to the hotel building as I would like. I would recommend this hotel anytime!

Very bad customer service. We stayed for a week. Spent over half a Million niara and were treated like thieves. We were guest of a Senator. The rooms are not clean. You can feel the wires in the mattress. They did change our mattress once we complained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially not at this price point. We have a 2 bedroom suite with 2 1/2 baths. Went to the bar to order a cocktail and was told that they couldn’t make 90% of the drinks. We tried to pay for our bill and was told the system was down so we charged it to our room. They called us at 7 am, 7:15 and then came to the room at 7:45 am for payment. None of this makes sense to me. Staff at desk are far from friendly. Bellman are nice as are the staff in the restaurant. Find another hotel cuz this place is not worth the headache

They offer services like, gym, wine bar, pastries, restaurants, airport shuttle, outdoor pool, accommodation, conference rooms, laundry services etc. They accept both cash and cards for transactions. Provisionof wifi when you check in. Very hard working staff. You should visit the hotel with a lot of cash.

The hotel is average and is not as good as acclaimed. The customer service is average. The porters are very welcoming but the restaurant does not respect timeliness. The front desk usually has one or two persons in attendance which increases waiting time for staff coming in. The WiFi does not work. Such ugly rooms. The hotel looks nice from the outside but inside is so ugly. The carpeting is worn and the bathrooms are visibly old- you can tell by the browning. The person who answers the room service phone can barely understand English. It took me 3 hours to get ice, simply because I didn’t order the ice with drinks. I had to fight for ice. The air conditioners don’t cool well and they’re the ones that go in the wall from like 2003. The beds are so uncomfortable and the WiFi does not work AT ALL. I understand why it was so empty. When there are hotels like Summerset how can this even compare ? Only spent 1 night there and it was just so ... just not worth the money at all. If you’re going to spend cash at all it should be somewhere that makes sense. I just wanted somewhere nice in Wuse 2 to stay with some friends and this was so far from nice talk less of comfortable or luxurious.
