    Negative 1,000,000 stars does not even begin to do this company justice. THEY ARE NOT AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER! Please steer clear of them for your sanity. I have filed a complaint against them with the FCCPC. They are the worst by a long mile and they need to be shut down!!

    The worst internet service provider ever. Customer service is so poor and unprofessional and they are paid to lie to customers and apologize for what they are not going to do when your link is down. My link has been down since Saturday 30th may and up till now nothing has been done. All they say is we are working on it. An engr will visit ur house .we are sorry for inconvenience. Meanwhile nothing is been done to solve ur problem. In the space of A month subscription I was without service/downtime for 14 days. have not had so much headache with other internet service providers like I have had with this useless God forsaken Fiberone. Rubbish people.

    My Boss requested i checked out Fiberone Broadband for our company but seeing these reviews... had to tell him that we dodged a bullet. no need moving from frying pan to fire. Byeeeeee!

    Good WiFi but very terrible customer service .We told them to come to our house to install a booster but they never came because they keep on forgetting.We called them they said they were going to come during the weekend but they didn’t come and delayed us for more than a week!!

    Fast internet is at odds with the poor customer service. I sent an email requesting to be compensated for 5 (of the 6) days of lost service due to some "maintenance" they did in my neighbourhood. The email was sent over 5 days ago and to date there has been no response/ acknowledgment from customer service. This kind of attitude to customers (and policy of the "house never loses") is why many companies will remain local.

    Very poor connection!!! Every day there is no connection for 4 to 5 hours. From 13.1.2020 7pm till 14.1.2020 7am no connection yet. Please dont waste your money on them!!

    I am very proud using FiberOne broadband. What they advertised is what i get. And it has really enhanced my business and i can recommend to anyone who is willing to use. Those complaining wants 100% satisfaction but I tell you, even government cannot give you 100% satisfaction. FiberOne is the best ISP i ever used.

    Internet speed is sup-bar & customer service is a joke. Been a customer for over a year and never had a full month of service without interruption. Just waiting on the next thing at this point because fiber one is too unreliable to run a profitable business with. Just look at the copy and paste responses on these reviews.

Connection not stable constant drop outs while watching streaming shows” "From Last 4 days no internet at all and after all calls/mails, no engineer come to rectify the issue" “Lodged complaint multiple times but failed promises” "Grievance department not working hand to hand with service department"

    Like everyone has rightfully said, their customer service is very horrible They take of your internet for days and do nothing about it. You pay for a month and lose at least a week because of one excuse or the other. Isnt there a body that ensure people get value for their money? Being charged for a month and not getting it is very unfair.

    Internet is unlimited and fast but customer service and aftersales service is horrible . Home system has been down for over two(2) months , a part was taken away just two(2) weeks ago and nothing has been done since . Took them 6 weeks to check the fault and fault is yet to be corrected. Terrible organization . Would never recommend to anyone . Plan to discontinue the use both at the office and home but must report to the Consumer Protection Agency first .

    Worsttt company ever!! I have been waiting since a week for them to come and connect the wire to the TV They came and told we are coming in the night. That night never came. Since them they have not come If you will do like this you will loose a lot of customers.
