A kind of civilised ghetto hub. Due to the location of the university of ilorin down the road, tipper garage, tanke road ilorin is a great place to pass by both day and night. However if the almighty traffic jam and go slow traps you during the early morning rush hour and closing time it will be a distasteful experience, however things always quickly goes back to normal. There are multiple mini bus stops and mini markets scattered around tipper garage tanke. At night the solar powered street lights illuminate the streets. Due to the busy nature of tipper garage there is a 24 hour presence of security personnel to maintain law and order. From tipper garage you can commute to almost any part of ilorin via taxis or motorbikes.
