Poor room service. Poor food service. Toilet broken. Doorway has a sharp metal sticking out and it kept tearing my sleeve. It took them 3 hours to get my fish. No good t.v. service. No wi-fi.A complete mess.

Smelly and unclean water, laundry was poor as bedspread and duvets still have stains from previous users, fittings in the bathroom are also damaged. Sadly, this hotel is barely two years old.
