I have travelled to and fro Benin and Abuja with this company and i can say that they are very organized people with moderately decent drivers. The fare is moderately affordable. Their customer service is good. The environment is neat too.

There are new buses and no thugs. The price is between N4,500 - N6,400 Rush hour is between 5:30am to 6:30am. Also first vehicle (Toyota Sienna) leaves by 6:15am while 2nd and 3rd buses leaves by 6:48am; though this is during festive period. POS is accepted for payment though the queue is not organized. Do not come with big and heavy loads, else you might pay for extra seats. The drivers are professionals. You can buy kilishi and Hausa gowns at the bus stop.

They need to improve on capacity to control overloading of commuter buses with excess luggage. My last experiences with them have been very embarrassing. Their fares are among the highest for similar services across the nation. This further justifies why their customers should have a comfortable traveling experience with them. A lot of their vehicles for long distance journeys are in good condition. Improvement may come in form of ensuring strict luggage control as well as providing cargo services for excess luggage.

The guys selling tickets at their Abuja Utako park are criminals. They will claim all seats are taken so that you can bribe them before they give you good seats. Some of my friends & I got there around 5:40 am and the ticket guy who just came in after us claimed nearly all the seats were already taken. He collected a minimum of N500 each from passengers to provide them with choice seats. A vehicle they claimed was full at abt 5:40 am left the park at past 7.
