Honestly, I think they are the best transport company in Nigeria without any competition. This people just truly know what they are doing and they have a well designed structure to satisfy the staffs and passengers. They are comfortable, reliable and safe. Overall, good value for your money. P.S: Their logistics company is also one of the best in Nigeria, I’ll personally choose them over DHL and FedEx - amazing pricing, quick delivery and great customer service!

After threatening us in the confirmation sms we received after booking to pay #1000 if we arrive later than 6:30am, we got there and they kept us for another hour before we left. No place to sit as the office was very small and congested, fans were blowing hot air and the place is poorly lit. We had to either sit in nearby stalls or stand while waiting for the bus to be loaded. Not a place to visit during the rainy season. Overall poor service

However, recent experiences shows that professionalism and maintenance culture is dwindling in the company, they still rank a bit higher that more than half of the transport companies around.
