You enjoy food in this restaurant when you have company who is ready with you to try a combination and mixture of different items. Starting with a choice of diced meat in hummus and the hot Lebanese flat bread is always a good idea. I enjoyed a combination of chicken and fish. A mug of Chapman with these made the meal more complete.

Very clean and professional place. High end service and food. All in all the whole Dunes complex (supermarket, restaurant, grill, Mall) is a unique experience while being in Abuja. It is, compared to “local” places, at the higher end of prices but therefore you get a very special experience. Definitely worth it. And I had one or two situations were the food was a little too cold e.g. for instance, but the waitresses would bring you a new plate. The chef would ask if everything was satisfying and yes: good experience!

Dunes Continental Hotel is located midway between Maitama and Wuse2. The service is top grade and environment is quite exceptional. The hotel is an upscale place however but worth the cost implication. It is easily accessible and easy to locate too. Close to it is the Dunes Lebanese shopping complex which stocks almost everything imaginable.

I have been a patron of Dunes for many years but I have never dined in the Restaurant. My favourite haunt is the bistro where they make the most delicious pizzas, wraps and sandwiches. Make sure to treat yourself to some lovely cheesecake as dessert also. Yum!
