I got one of the worst customer services from this place. I went in to repair my huawei phone and was in the first instant asked to wait for the phone repair lady for 5 minutes, which I did. On my return, they ask I wait for a further 5 minutes as she is having lunch in the back office. It is 1100hrs, they say they cannot disrupt her. Im like really? I will not even take a minute with her. They insist they cannot disrupt her lunch.
I left, and the lady attending to me did not seem bothered. Very poor customer service here. Let me take the buisness elsewhere.
