This was once a Legislative Assembly Quarters, but it was since sold out to individuals during the second tenure of the Obasanjo administration. As the quarters was sold out, it now no longer being owned by the Federal Capital Territory and new legislators rent in and around Abuja where Government is paying for their housing allowances. The quarters is still clean with good access road network and water with electricity almost round the clock. There is permanent police station, fire service, community school and shopping complex where residence buys most of their basic needs.
