Accommodation there is mostly 2 bedrooms detached. Some flats are used for business purposes such as Créché, supermarkets, saloons etc. Security is medium and the rent is fair enuff compared to other estates in Abuja

Trade more is a very large estate but it can be very annoying in terms of services rendered as in the services do not meet expectations for such large estate although their security is good and the cost of living there is very affordable. Some roads in the estate are not tarred that is some parts of phase one. Phase 2 (that is the second gate entrance) till the end is tarred. But the road into the estate is very bad, rough and not tarred.
