Bianca ReginaldYou can only invest here if you have plans to move in after 5 years or more. They have very rude marketing staff especially one called Aisha. They’ll give you a contract that says your house (a shell unit- which means they’ll only finish the exterior) will be ready in 12 months with a grace period of 3 months if it’s not delivered at the stipulated time. At the end of the day, all you’ll receive after 24 months will be accusations, lies, fights, excuses and insults upon your own investment. Be warned and be wise when dealing with them. Only invest with your “spare money” and if you won’t be needing your house right away.
