Felix Adepoju14th of Feb was my birthday, I tried your Valentine Deals out of curiosity to celebrate with families and friends and I was impressed as this was my first time here recommended by a friend Charles, my choice of hotel is Hilton Room was great with romantic decors including rose petals, live rose, chocolates and sparkling wine. The food was delicious as we had dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor though my girlfriend is a vegetarian. Lots to drinks at the bar with lovely valentine theme ambience Your rooms are clean with courteous and friendly staff. I hope you’d continue to maintain this high standard. Regards.

Wally JonathanI stayed at Belanova Apartment and Suites for the first time during The Calling to bar ceremony in Abuja and i was quite impressed with the level of service i recived.Below are my rating as per departmental services the guest rooms is very wide and the bathroom, the art work in the room makes the rooms very attractive and also the kitchenette area,the linens are very clean,the staffs are friendly and well trained. 1.Housekeeping is excellent with daily room cleaning and amenities replenishment.also hotel premises is clean and well looked after.9/10 2. Front Office was very courteous when checked in and each time you pass the reception you will be greeted with a smiley face.9/10 3.Food and Beverages are on the average side,needs more improvement on more options etc.7/10 4. Securities are very visits and for each time you pass through they greet you with smiley face. 8/10 I had a great stay with my team and will recommend and return again. Thank you

Amanda RichardsonI had a super great time here during my 5 days business meeting in Abuja. They have a nice small swimming pool including gym and bar all on the 7th floor with beautiful view of Abuja City. Thanks to the (Housekeeping Team) for delivering of clean hygiene room every day, Friendly courteous all males room attendants. Room are designed for long stay tastefully furnished with all the kitchenette including declinable sleeper couch in the lounge The only downside is there is no jacuzzi and small elevator. The (Front Desk Team) are full of smile, standard security equipment and guards visible on the premises. I would love to come again someday. definitely will recommend to this apartment to my origination to make it our preferred hotel of choice when in Abuja. Thank you Amanda Richard.

Sarah BucknorWe booked the for the Valentine packages and was not sure what to expect for the amount we paid, Upon check-in we were greeted by the Front Office staff who wished us Happy Valentines with a lovely smile, Check-in was smooth and was amazed with the room amenieties,Our room was beautifully decorated with two lovely swan on the bed, with two neatly folded bath robe ,slipper’s on the edge of the bed. The bed was decorated with red and white rose petals up to the bathroom floors, a bottle of sparkling wine inside ice bucket with 2 pack of Ferrero Rocher Chocolates, candle and a customized card with our name on it. We later received a bunch of live roses FLOWER which deliver to our around 4PM The room is very clean and spacious, well furnished. Dinner was fabulous and there were varieties to chose from. We a had a very romantic Valentine and this Hotel exceeded my expectations’ will surely recommend and return back. Thank you

E OsangI was in ABUJA early this month for visa applications and stayed at Belanova Apartment and Suites Upon the check-in the staff at the front desk was very courteous and professional,I was checked into a deluxe room on 6th floor one step up to the pool,gym and bar on the 7th floor The room was clean and furnished with kitchenette convenient for a long stay,i had to extend my stay because i was told by the Swedish Embassy to wait for the visa process result to be completed Throughout my stay the Housekeeping staffs was at their best and always willing to guide me with information about the city,I got constant supplies of complimentary amenities .The room was clean and the bathroom was of a great size with a glass cubicle steam shower,A/C at the right temperature,Except for TV Monde a French Channel that was not available... Though the hotel airport shuttle was a bit over pricey so i had to take a street taxi to the airport during my departure All in a summary i enjoyed my stay at the Hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.. Comfortable rooms contemporary furnishing with the state-of-the-art kitchenette equipment’s ideal for a long stay vacation and pleasant ambiance. I checked in with a colleague on a business trip, we were meant to stay at the Envoy Abuja and was later booked on to Belanova due to lack of availability at Envoy. I was quite impressed with the overall service from the check-in desk to the security and the most important is the cleanliness of the room, I did a thorough check of the room and I was amazed with the cleanliness. The only bad side was there isn’t much option for vegetarians on the breakfast menu. I believe that the Apartment is relatively new and everything seems to be working well, also your car hire is on the high side The rooftop bar has great view of the city center. In a summary I gave this hotel 9/10

Bethel JohnsonEverything was superb from the moment you enter the parking lot. The staff are just as friendly and helpful from the time you enter the hotel until you leave. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well stocked, clean and housekeeping staff are very well experienced in cleanliness which exceeded my expectations. I also had an interaction with the Housekeeping Manager who promised to make my stay is a memorable one, he constantly checks on me during my duration of stay to ensure everything is okay.What a professional he is. The only down side to the hotel is the tiny elevator and no smoking floor as you’ll be surcharged an amount for smoking in the room for deep cleaning. In summary I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Belanova to families and Friends. Bethel

Collins RacachehThe rooms are very clean and spacious. Evidence of good housekeeping the service was observed as efficient and prompt. The WIFI speed was high the staff are friendly, efficient .and professional. The downside is the breakfast area which isn’t “WOW” Few basic items missing on the breakfast buffet stand at the restaurants which I find awkward. I had my breakfast on the different occasion without Jam, Marmalade, honey or even peanut butter. The only thing you get with your toasted bread is just butter. apart from the omlette,egg sauce etc I dont know id this basic items are on request. The hotel needs to improve in breakfast options urgently, otherwise everything other aspect of my stay was great., your staff are wonderful with the way they respond to issues. Best Regards. Collins

Patience OkoVisited as a guest with my friend @ the Meraki yesterday for dinner, nice environment, i in particular loved the top view, nice settings, we had a delightful waiter Bana ( with his non-fading smile). He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to place our order and did not rush us. He recommended nice meal (Hong Kong fried rice) which i enjoyed, amazing and delicious. I had a great time & will surely visit again.

The place exudes class, sophistication, elegance, ornate beauty, modernity and cleanliness. It has state-of-the-art amenities that can meet your every demand. The shower in particular has a multifunctional setting that lets you choose water flow according to your personal preference. The restaurant serves delicious yummy food (their Buffet breakfast is one in town). I totally enjoyed my stay and will be back for sure. Anyone looking for a hotel that provides top notch service in an opulent space should choose Belanova, you will be glad you did.

Alex MarvisI was quite impressed with my stay at Belanova Apartment and Suites and it was a good experience, The check in was smooth with smiley staff at the front desk, though I checked in with a friend. Our room was on the 4th floor, very spacious with all the kitchen gadgets you could imagine, Cleanliness was great as the male room attendant took time to spring clean our room and provided information about the nearest shopping center around the hotel. Our stay coincides with the grand opening of the hotel which made the night more spectacular as the hotel was filled with activities on the roof top bar. The hotel is relatively new with state-of-the-art facilities, the cleanliness is what impressed me the most both toilets, living room and the surrounding. My only concerns were the elevator/lift which is very small and can hardly fit in 3 huge person or guest with huge suite cases I will definitely recommend and return Alex M Okaro

I recently stayed in Belanova Apartment and Suites located in the heart of Maitama Upon the check-in I was greeted by this smiley light skinned young lady and check-in was smooth and swift, I was led to my room on the 5th floor by a male porter who kept on asking about trip and if I had a safe flight, he made a slight introductions of the room facilities to me and asked me to call the front desk in need of anything during my stay. My room was tastefully furnished clean and spotless, I decided to do my usual routine each time I check in a hotel which was peeping under the bed, checking the W/C and toilet and checking on the kitchen area. All this place was very clean including the linen which seems like it was a brand-new linen on my bed, the only thing I had to request for was night robe which was delivered within minutes of calling I must commend the housekeeping team for maintaining such a high standard of hygiene, though they are all male room attendants which I rarely see in Europe and America, but they are very professional.Though i was made to understand that Nigerians use more of male as room attendants compare to females. The Pool was a bit on the small size though on the roof top with the bar. Food was amazing with lots of option’s during breakfast. Late check-out was granted In summary I had a great stay with this hotel even though it wasn’t a branded hotel, my expectation was met and exceeded. I will surely return back soon Lucas Miles

The restaurant has very lovely views from the windows because its on the 7th floor and soft music comes from the speakers to soothe the soul. On the same 7th floor, beside the restaurant is an indoor swimming pool.

Good Location with courteous staff at the Front Desk. The Breakfast is delicious with varieties of choices. My room was sparking Clean and the Housekeepers are doing a great job in keeping the hotel clean both in & out, I visited the roof top on the 7th floor with the gym and bar everything was absolutely great. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with all the kitchen gadgets best for family vacation as you can cook in your room…The bed is of good quality soft and Comfy for a good night rest...The rooms also have reclined Sofa that you can turn into bed while watching TV in the sitting area. Allocated car park area with security It was short stay and a memorable one, This Hotel will surely compete with the 3 big Elephant in Abuja which are Hilton, Fraser and WellsCartlon Thank you for the hospitality and I will surely return.
