I was debited but they claim the transaction didn’t go through yet they were unable to give me a transaction declined POS print out. I’m left without proof of the transaction or the food. The manager who’s supposed to solve the problem was shouting saying there’s nothing she can do.

If you want insult from the attendant, and the security guys at the gate, come to this place. They have very rude staff, untrained and illiterate. An attendant nearly slapped a customer on the 13th of April, while another customer was delayed for more than 1hr just because he said he wants to reverse out of their gate. A smallish lady was the attendant on that day and she was saying to a customer that he is rude. this happened around 8.45pm. Do not go there people
