The area leading to the hotel is still slightly underdeveloped, but hotel has some good views of the city. They charge almost the same as hotels in the city with more facilities,-- so maybe stay here if you have business in the area.

Staff amazingly helpful and professional to Bon standards. Rooms tired and in need of refurb and hotel public areas such as stair well horrible and feeling like staff-only zones. Restaurant and lounge area lovely but bar section small and weird. Wow, no Hennessy or Martell in the bar Tiny pool and pool area. Don’t know why all Bon hotels don’t just buy more land!!! Worst Bon Hotel so far and I have now stayed at 3 in Nigeria.
