Not too much space in some suits. Brilliant service, probably because its relatively new. Location is also great for quiet off the grid relaxation. Limited parking space. Narrow street leading to venue. No wheel chair access. Very affordable for their standards.

Quiet & serene environment, homely & courteous staff. For the rates charged I expected a safe in the room, a comprehensive service directory, a pair of indoor slippers, and a Qiblah indicator for guidance of Muslim guests on direction to face for prayers. Equally, the wifi password should be provided as a routine during check-in & not only when requested.

I stayed in July and it was very nice and comfortable. So I decided to stay there in December and it was a disaster. The toilet was leaking and the shower drain was blocked, so I asked to change rooms. The 2nd room was okay but, there was no hot water to shower at night not in the morning, so I asked to change rooms again and the 3rd room was manageable ie the air conditioning was slightly better. The members of staff were very condescending and had a nasty attitude. It is most unfortunate but the hotel has a lot of potential.
