Really nice mall, almost world class but lacks recreational facilities like bowling alley, ice rink, top notch restaurants. There is however abundance of fast foods, exotic shops, nice cinema and the games arcade is splendid for the kids. Secure ample parking, at very good rates. Its the ideal place for a family outing.

About the best place for a stop shopping for people in Ikeja and its environs. Parking is charged at N200 for the first hour and 100 for every additional hour on weekdays. On weekends, it is N200 flat. Lost of parking ticket cost N1000 and the person would go through some thorough security checks to confirm car ownership before one is allowed to drive out. So, be careful not to loose the ticket.

One of the gates often does not work which keeps parkplace impossible to leave unless you wait in 10 min queue on the parking boom especially on weekends. Mall has overall poor management, which can be definitely resolved.

This mall however isn’t one to marvel or wonder about since it’s about as regular as a mall can get. Don’t come here expecting to find high end brands, stores or shops but you should be able to find every basic thing it is you’re in search of. Everything here is basic and shopping here is affordable even though there is a huge price gap between shopping here and shopping within the metropolis outside of malls. Since it’s the only mall of its kind within the axis, you should expect a huge crowd mostly on holidays.

ICM is a nice place of a One Stop Shop mall. It is a modern type of proper malls built in Lagos in the last 10-15 years. Any retailer, local or international franchise that does not have a shop in such malls is not medium or large business. It is a place where young people want to meet to watch film, eat from the local & foreign eateries. Some of the retail shops are over priced and some are reasonable, it is left to each shopper to find that out. Know the prices of things before rushing to part with their hard earned money. Compare online, whether you would be getting value for your money. Some of the assistants of the shops do NOT know enough about the products they are meant to be selling. Toilet facilities were very okay, 4/5. Changing rooms for parents to change toddlers, female & male toilets are top standard. Security within the ICM looked okay and it was nice to see that within the first hour, parking is FREE. More grease to the elbow of the management of ICM. KEEP IT UP.
