Multi Choice is the headquarters of dstv and gotv in Abuja, it is located at Wuse 2,Adetokumbo Ademola Crescent, opposite transcorp Hilton hotel, Abuja. Subscribers can actually go the office to renew their subscriptions, get new decoders and do other related stuffs with multi choice. Its really a nice place.

Service delivery is fair, if you take the unending network/technical issues out. Unfortunately, staying there for 2-4 hours is no longer news. TAT is unbearable! In addition, and also as a major issue, the customer service in this place is the worst I have ever encountered. Never on first-to-come first-to-be served basis. If I will rate in my own way, it cannot be better than -5% (yes I mean minus five percent!). There is a grand scheme where the service providers connive with vendors hawking around the building, to fast tract "executive customers" who are ready to either "lubricate their palm" or, be given an installation job. Please treat your customer right!

Multi choice Nigeria limited are the producers of DSTV and GO TV. They are cable TV station providers. They have different bouquets and different prices. The DSTV needs the following to function : A dish, a decoder that come with a remote a TV of any size. The Dstv requires the service of a satellite cable engineer to install and programme your cable according to the bouquet you subscribed for. The GO TV on the other hand requires : a decoder, an antenna and a TV , this one can be installed with out the service of a satellite cable engineer. Walk into any multi choice office enjoy what they have to offer.

Nice working environment. Good customer experience. The reason there is alot of queue is due to the fact that the whole residents on Abuja wants to be attended to here creating alot of crowd. So I advise to avoid the crowd you could visit any of the dealership offices. The customer service employees work hard and deserve to be commended. Beautiful environment.

This place is for attending to any and all issues you have relating to your dstv and gotv. Whether it is to buy a new decoder, repair or replace existing ons (s), pay subscriptions, generally deal with any technical issues. Wait time ranges from 10 mins upto 30 minutes depending on the time of the day you get there. Early mornings around 9am are usually the freer times. You will always meet touts at the entrance trying to lure you into patronising them. Multichoice clearly has signs to warn the customers of the risks of dealing with them. Overall experience here is just ok, nothing spectacular.
