Those facilities include well furnished houses of different sizes and structures, sports and gaming facilities (football pitch, basketball court, long tennis court etc), security facilities, wifi availability, clubs, a hospital and working ambulance services, fire-fighting services, restaurants and bars, atms, banks etc.
