They have experienced security agents at the entrance gate. Even within the estate things are done ordely. Their semi detached bungalows have small sitting rooms. But the duplex are ok, spacious and attractive. Road network are ok but some of the roads are not tired

I lived here. The location is right in the heart, centre of Abuja, distance to all four cardinal points is almost equal, residents are friendly n warm, there is efficient security service n timely refuse disposal. Only problems are the access road to the estate, poor electricity supply.

One of the oldest estates in the FCT. Access roads within the estate are good. However, the road leading to the estate is in a very bad state. But I can see the developers trying to remedy that. Power is excellent. But portable water is non-existent. Except if you have boreholes/Wells. Security is good. No parks or sporting facilities that I know of. Schools and religious places available.

It is a very big estate with over 300 houses. Some houses are 3 bedroom, some 2 bedroom; there are the Boys Quarters, and gateman houses which are usually rented out as self-contain apartments. The road that leads to the estate is quite bad but can be plied upon. There used to be a functional ATM until sometime in September. The security is quite good. There are tricycles that transport people to and from the life Camp junction; these tricycles are functional within.
