E ChimeI had lunch there with my brother and I have to say I was very impressed. It wasn’t a place that was trying too hard or pretentious in anyway. It was a lovely authentic looking space with a real wood (I think) oven which could be partly seen while we sat at the terrace. The complimentary bruschetta was lovely. The bread was warm and tasted fresh while the salsa was fresh and tasty . I had the la taverna Pizza while my. Either had the La taverna pasta which we split. They were both very lovely and I enjoyed the availability of a fresh peppercorn grinder which I used to sprinkle black pepper liberally into the food. I didn’t try any drinks, I just had water but I will surely be back to try one of their rice dishes and/or a salad.
