The ambience was nice. The traffic inside this place is considerable, so if you must go, go early. They are opened from 8-2pm. The process is orderly. You are given a ticket number, led to the sitting area where you wait until your number is called by the automated lady voice. The personnel who attended to me was caustic (unnecessarily so).
