Arit EminueHeard so much about this restaurant and the pictures on instagram were really inviting. I am in Abuja today from Lagos and decided to go eat there. The ambiance is beautiful and the restaurant, neat. The wait staff were not particularly welcoming. Our waiter wasn’t proactive enough to recommend specials or tell us what their specialty is. The food, when it FINALLY came, was delicious. I had pounded yam and afang soup. The yam was real yam, not the dupe that poundo flour is. The portions were LARGE! I totally enjoyed my meal! They didn’t have child-friendly meals like sandwiches, burgers, pasta etc. That wasn’t good enough as we went with kids. The wait time was unnecessarily and annoyingly long. I feel the staff could do better if properly trained. The shoddy service and long wait time ruined what would have been an excellent experience. But the food...EXCELLENT!
