This camp is one of the best though usually crowded and congested with some of the facilities not properly functioning.

The NYSC orientation camp Keffi is a great place. Being in the camp for 3 weeks was fun and great. Those 3 weeks were not meant to purposely inflict pains on anybody but to prepare Corps members for the task ahead of them. And quite honestly, I am glad I was part of it.

NYSC camp ground is located on the outskirts of Keffi. It was built and equipped by the Nassarawa state government but operated by agents of the Federal government of Nigeria. It is a training and orientation ground for fresh graduates of Nigerian universities who are on their compulsory 1year national service. It is not a leisure or relaxation sport neither does it allow for visitors to come in. It is strictly a dedicated camp for the training and orientation of fresh graduates posted to Nassarawa State for their compulsory 1year national service.
