Probably the worst estate in Abuja. The houses look good but are poorly constructed and already falling apart on the inside (the estate is about a year old). Estate management charges over 200k as "service charge" which only covers security and waste disposal. Illegal connections to the power grid by the management has had AEDC shut down power supply to the estate temporarily. Do yourself a favour...RUN!!!
