Nice office, good location with quite a number of staff and Enough on the Road parking space. Early hours visit btw 8am and 9:30 is advised if you are in a hurry. Sometimes very crowded as the system is usually down thus issues solving is very slow. Some of there networks issues can’t be solved by them, your will be given lagos contact number to call or if you insist the staff might call them on your behalf. Visit the office with lots of patience and you won’t be annoyed by the slow moving queue or network down time.

It’s an absolute nightmare. The customer service is basically non existent. I was placed on a loop call for over 30 MINUTES and no response. Sent several mails and yet no response. All I tried to do was recharge my data plan online without going into their office. For a company that sells internet data this is quite poor and disappointing to say the least.
