Terrible road leading to churchgate. Emirates itself is upper floor on churchgate plaza. Spacious waiting area and efficient customer care on the day i visited

My first time at the office was quite unpleasant. I saw online (Emirates website) that the closing time was 4;30 pm only to get there and I was told that closing was 4 pm. I had to leave disappointed.
