Lord EmmanuelGreat space but very poor customer service. The staff at the front desk during our stay (17th of October evening) was nonchalant, no care for guests welfare, no attention to details. Just totally bad. If this hotel hope to stand the test of time, staff should undergo a thorough customer service training and key into the vision of the hotel.

oyinda dadaJust got here. Looks like a duplex converted. Nice experience so far. The receptionist is really nice and helpful. They need to work on their towels. Looks so dirty and unkempt. Plus my room had a strong cigarette smell that didnt go away during my 2 days stay.

Always available is the receptionist and security guard Also called house 30.. caution, the apartment is easy to miss, landmark is Abuja electricity distribution company. No in-house restaurant, but food is provided via a close by restaurant. 4 mins drive from jevenick restaurant. Will recommend to friends improvement is required on the amenities.
