A new Estate coming up just behind Abacha barracks. You turn right at the small roundabout that takes you straight into Abacha barracks. There are different types of houses in the Estate - high rise buildings, terrace duplexes and stand alone duplexes. The road isn’t particularly good, lots of potholes and sandy portions. People have started living in the estate though not too many people. Its a wide expanse of land, quite a big estate.
