The entire system is haywire. There is no single signage in this facility. Knowing where to go to is a puzzle. Asking questions is an abomination. Some staff act like they are doing you a favor rather than carrying out duties they are being paid to do. Even during the registration process, you are given as little information as possible on the steps to take. I finished with the registration process and was told to come back on a particular day to get my card. I arrived on that day and the whole place was a warzone. At the end of the day, my card was not ready. I have almost given up on the whole process.

Its a place where you can register for your national identity card. The process is slow for now. But they are working on the process to get better come January.

At the National Identity Management COMMISSION (NIMC) you can enrol for the National Identity Number (NIN) by follow the required process. This can be can done by providing the necessary information and documents, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) staff are quite courteous in the approach and the offices are very conducive and well ventilated. Without any hitches you are sure to get you National Identity Number (NIN) same day. Also note that multiple enrolment is a crime, if you have misplaced you NIN there are process to get it
