Poor reception, lack of concern for guest welfare and non response to calls for assistance from guests. Never again will I be visit or check into Presken Hotels. The management needs to train staff to be courteous and responsible.

It was a last minute choice on the two occasions I visited and I was far from impressed, the smart door was not working and restaurant service was late just to serve a meatpie. I would not recommend to anyone

The hotel has nice rooms but there’s always something missing. If it is not the TV remote missing, it’s the AC remote, or no floor towel..and the food! It tastes nice but be prepared to wait almost an hour. One time after waiting an hour plus, the kitchen staff had the nerve to say they mistakenly gave out our roasted fish order to another table. If you’re not having complementary breakfast then you’d wait ages for your order to be made. They never jot down orders and so constantly mixup or miss out important instructions with food. Ask for beef and they’d bring chicken. The kitchen staff are grossly inefficient.

I didn’t lodge here but I came for the outdoor bar by the pool. The drinks were cold but very expensive meat loaded with pepper and onions than beef. Great evening with good music and a table tennis board for all to enjoy. The outdoor area/pool is a good spot for team bonding, family time and even a wedding reception (if you want to have a small guest). I love how it’s hidden and away from the busy Wuse area. The architecture seems old for the hotel I just hope the interior is way better than the exterior. Then I must mention how the security men select cars that park inside and those that park outside. If there’s space I don’t see why you’d lie just so you can park a flashier vehicle in anticipation for tips. We keep bringing down ourselves. We had a rainy night when I visited and the staff were to sluggish to get out umbrellas to secure their paying customers. We could have easily left the place because of that attitude.

This hotel has poor customer relations and services. I was left stranded in Abuja on the 11th of September 2019 because they declined the hotel booking l made on a website 5 days prior to my arrival. On arrival I was told to pay a fee different from the one l had earlier booked online. I was dumbfounded !!! This was a budget trip and l made every attempt to explain to their staff and the lady who is the front desk manager but it fell on deaf ears. No soothing words from the staff and no apology from the hotel for shoddy treatment. Customer beware ! On your own

Although my stay at Presken was brief, I however enjoyed the facility. I got their Deluxe room for N11000 with complementary breakfast. The room also comes with complementary tea items, dental kits and basic toiletries. I also got a very good dinner for N2000. The dinner was poundo+assorted meat+afang soup. I was drilled that the afang soup came with my best sea food, Prewinkle. Above all, the ambience was sweet with a pool side bar and an inner-house bar. They also have a very courteous staff.
