I had a racist experience at studio 24. I arrived 15 minutes before this white woman and somehow she managed to get served before me and left 20 minutes before I even got to take a photograph. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to print my passport photos.

I was pampered and given a complimentary treatment because it was my birthday. Although one of my request was forgotten. I called the customer service line, the lady was so helpful and apologetic, I got my my request done in less than 30 mins from the comfort of my home, I got a follow back call from her asking if I was pleased and if there was anything else. That is professionalism.
