E
Ejike OkekeMy first time there but the tomatoes stew was just bland, not really up to the hype and my own taste. The amala was well made though.. Other food varieties were available too, so I guess I will try out more types next time
-
B
Bunmi AghahowaGood food. Service poor. There are times i have been there and there is no ewedu or they ran out of meat. The girls dishing the food can be quite rude especially when you ask them for more. Just today they had were using bare hands to give paper napkins. The most annoying part is no responsible person to complain to.
-
M
Muhammed BelloThey make Amala just like it is done in Oyo! The canteen is a typical local setup, open. I love to eat there regularly. I like the freshly made juice too
-
A
Adeola Rasakiyour typical amala joint. inexpensive. second time trying their food and the pepper is just way too much.
-
J

Olusegun OmolambeService in the afternoon 4pm ish is slow. I have being there twice this week. Food not as tasty as my last visits in 2019. Needs rejuvenation

I
IfyLovely amala venue. There is adequate parking. There are 2 sections, one you stand and order. While in the other section aka VIP, you sit and get served. I prefer that. Staff friendly enough for an amala joint. Food is fantatsic, looks neat, very tasty, assorted meat is very good size and soft. Amala is very neat and well made. They have a variety of freshly squeezed juice. There is no ac, so be prepared to sweat after eating hot amala but there is fan to help. There is running water and wash basin with liquid soap to wash the hands; this is nice.

Bankole MelburyThough located in a temporary building amala is mostly served alongside other foods like ofada rice, fried plantain and beans and pounded yam. Very tasty foods with assorted meat and fish! There are two compartments: one for those who are patient to queue and the other for those who are impatient and can pay a little extra!

H
Hauwau BelloThe food was ok. Not as excellent as I thought I.e food wasnt hot, and the soup not as thick as other amala joints however the meat was well cooked and the fish was good. The downside to this place really is the customer service and that is why i am rating them low. The waiters are not professionals at all and can be ... Alot of people had quarrels with them during my less than 1 hrs stay. Perhaps because they have a lot of customers and they are popular reason why they are lax. If their customer service improves then the rating will be a four.

J
Johnson OnyibeA very busy well patronized food joint with speciality in traditional amala, rice, plantain dodo, beans and assorted protein. The soup is moderate on peper and oil away from the scale in many western Nigeria. Two contrasting sections exist. In the VIP section which is neater, quests are served after placing an order without queueing, in the other popular section, quests on the queue are served. The price is higher at the VIP section though the service may be delayed. The arena is very busy but cars are watched by vigilant uniform persons. The rate is generally moderate depend on menu choices.
