Phoenix is a cute place. It is usually a get away place. However the staff needs some trainings on being courteous. Some of the amenities in the room have been abandoned and it seems there is no regular maintenance on the facility as the some traits could have been corrected and a seamless operations been achieved. If this is focused on then the hotel will deserve a five star then

The hotel also has 2 large halls for events, a restaurant,a conference hall and a swimming pool too. Do well to visit Phoenix hotel and you will be glad you did.

Actually in the room slept the AC was not working and the receptionist was not paying attention to my complaint. In fact I had to change hotel. Am a regular customer there and was the good service I receivedin the past that took me there. Management better do something
