Probably was good in its heyday but a shell of its glorious self. Took hours to get a towel in my room on arrival which was taken the next day and took way too long to get another. Replace on taking would be a good start. No toiletries in the bathroom, no plugs so a battle to bath or shave. Aircon is very noisy. Finishings are ancient. Windows should at least be cleaned once the room has been vacated by the previous visitors. First time in Nigeria so food not on par with that experienced elsewhere around the world. No variety in the food daily

Bolingo hotel has a great structure and ambience that would have been luxurious in the past. However the management of the hotel was really bad during my stay, with water running out frequently and power outages every other day. The poolside bar is in a sorry state and the restaurant not well ventilated.

My stay at the Bolingo Hotel and Towers was a great experience. The staff really made me feel welcome as though I was staying in my second home. All my needs are attended to promptly. The restaurant had a variety of dishes, and the food was perfect. A nice swimming pool, a well equipped gym, an ultramodern fitness centre with a sauna, massage room and a health club, free Wi-Fi and an adequate parking. I always enjoy my stays there and will recommend it for anyone visiting

2 stars for now as the place is closed for renovation at my last visit though the pool lounge was used for a weeding event. Hotel has Good location; small but nice pool lounge. Had a very good gym with good trainers and aerobics instructors. The gym also had sauna attached to it. I will revisit this review after the renovation.

Though the hotel is in a very good location and has inviting environment it is a shadow of itself as the hotel management appears too poor to attract guest. The bed spreads are old, no good food, unfriendly receptionist, no reasonable channels on TV to watch, very poor house keeping, takes forever to attend to guess needs. Its a good place to waste money for unprofitable venture. From 4th floor one have to use stair case to get to 3rd before joining lift, smelling passages. Its my first time and is defintly going to be the last. I will certainly leave tomorrow to get a better hotel to spend my remaining three nights in Abuja. No wonder only few guess are here. I made the wrong choice as I booked online.

The hotel service is abysmal. It has fallen from its former status. The resolution of complaints for me was abysmal and never resolved. I had to take down my sheets and lay a complaint at the front desk after being away from the hotel for a whole day before house keeping came and changed the sheets.
