From my observation, Sun City Estate is a close gated community but there is access to anyone who wish to come in. This could have caused some security breach in the past but the estate gives that serene and comfort you may seek for. The roads are good, and the houses are comfortable. You may wish to raise a family in the estate as it has all you need
