Filthy rooms, poorly maintained and irresponsive customer service The hotel looks nice from outside as well as the interior surrounding.. however, the rooms were filthy, infrastructure poorly maintained and customer reps are largely irresponsive. Upon arrival to our shared room on May 26, we noticed strands of hair (not sure if pubic or body hair) on the bed. The bed sheet were visibly worn out and itchy. The center rug was equally worn out and not clean. We called their attention to it and they changed it. At around 3am in the morning, sounds of steady and heavy drops of water woke us up. The pillow I was sleeping on was drenched with water from the AC. Shortly after, ice cubes started popping out of the AC falling on us, we were forced to wake up and stand up. In the middle of the night, we called them and they initially told us that there was no room to switch us to. When my husband raised his voice, they agreed to move us to another room. In the new room, the head board was filthy - they had to come clean it. The towels were worn out and discoloured (in need of bleach), bathroom ceiling was discoloured with water marks, there were holes in the shower and the heater didn’t work. We had to call for help. We reported the incident to the manager and she seemed lax about the whole thing. Eventually, we were compelled to leave the hotel. The value of the room we were in was 35k per night. But it was far from worth that value. Potential customers need to have an accurate understanding of what exactly they are to expect from this hotel, hence the decision to share my experience.

This hotel is cute and classy. Perfect for weekend getaway. I fell in love with it immediately I walked in. I also love the low light ambiance. The receptionist was very courteous and cordial. The rooms are very clean with budget accommodation and a free WiFi.
