Bespoke building. Very good parking lot design. The best time to visit is before noon. You can pay your cable tv subscription here. There is grocery store here. There is a bank here should run out of cash. There is a sitout tavern serving coffee, fries and beers here. It is a lively place most especially at night. Cars parked outside the plaza could be buggled. The building is well maintained.
