It is one of the "big stores" run by H Medix. There used to be traffic lock in this area until recently when the under ground packing space became available. Traffic situation has improved greatly. They have a number of traffic assistants that direct flow of vehicles, help drivers on available packing spaces (good news to new drivers/"L-learners"). The store itself has a wide range of products in offer. It seems to be open on a 24/7 basis as I always walk in irrespective of the time of the day though I havent visited in the mid of the night
