It has various amenities such as schools, community park/ events place, shopping plaza, hotels, places of worship and a hospital and Petrol station ( still under construction) all in one site. The roads are pretty good and a variety of housing types to fit taste and budget. I like Sun City because it quiet, clean and one of the best atmospheres for suburban living in Abuja
