Badly built high density estate. I am not sure how the authorities approved this. Part of what the developer was supposed to provide is a generator, which is yet to be provided. Kudos to subscribers some of which have gone at lengths to refit the houses and are doing their best to make the estate work. However, this developer had terrible builders and has failed on his promise to deliver. Run from his future developments.
