Worst service globally! I’ve been to cold stone in many locations all over the world and the cold stones in Nigeria are always very slow compared to the US or Dubai. But the branch at Wuse 2 in particular is the absolute worst! They always run out of flavors - this has happened three times in the past couple months. Today they were out of Vanilla! And that’s not the worst part - there were only 5 people ahead of me in the queue however I spent 48 minutes before I was attended to, and the staff rudely told me vanilla was finished so I should go for cake batter. I informed her I wanted vanilla only and she kept insisting that it tasted the same. Eventually she tried to scrape the bottom of the tub which wouldn’t have been enough so I told her I wasn’t interested and she barked at me “who said it was you”. This isn’t the first time I’m getting terrible service at this establishment! Cold stone - you need to do Better at training your staff to work efficiently.

Very nice place to hangout and eat. The ice cream fantastic and so are the pizza selections. I love the various options offered. Serene environment, quaint interior, good parking space, affordable and the staff are quite nice. I recommend for the family.
