This Hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. Would like to know how they manage to keep the name. Please have a look at my pictures and judge for yourself if you think it is worth your money. Positives: My bedding was clean. Loved the pizza from the Italian restaurant. Apart from that, this is NOT a Sheraton. Negatives: Training at front desk, and I can understand it taking a bit longer than usual. Shoddy maintenance is noticeable everywhere. Repairs have been done with no care. Even the picture frames in my room was not at the same level. Simple things like cleaning the place would also help! Have a look at the inside of the lifts! How do people rate this place 4 out of five stars? The whole place feel neglected and dirty. Security guards slouching in their chairs. Is this really a Sheraton?

The environment is so neat and well decorated with arts for sight seeing. The place has a really good security. The car park is really big to contain so many cars and not too far from the hotel, meaning you don’t have to walk much. They have a conference centre for events. The pool side is so clean. They have really nice lobby area. I so much like Sheraton and I recommend any day anytime.

Our family came for lunch. This was during a trip that was over 15 years in the making, so I brought my camera. As we were walking toward the lobby and entrance we were rudely stopped and told no photographs because of security. The picture we were taking was clearly nowhere near any of their security equipment. Honestly felt picked on, for something that was minor. A manager came over afterword and verbally reprimanded the security agents that they were overstepping their bounds by saying that and correctly said no Professional photographers. By then it had already theown us off. We walked around scouting the many restaurants inside, and there were 4 or 5 (a bit overpriced was the buffet). We eventually left and chose to dine elsewhere, the experience screwed up what was supposed to be me taking my family out to lunch.

I like the feel of the place especially the pool side on Sundays. The Sunday brunch is really nice here and make really nice steak, peppered chicken and mashed potatoes. The following staff were really great. Mr. Paul Eze and Daniel were wonderful. The Monday evening activity for SPG Guests in-house is great. I always looked forward to it. The hotel hypes it and make one long for it. The finger foods served are supper. The staff at the lounge are also great. They are always ready to serve you and go above board to get what you need from the main restaurant. If you want a homely place to stay in Abuja, the Abuja Sheraton is the place.

I enjoy visiting the Sheraton a lot. The hotel has been in Abuja for ages and you can actually tell when you take a close look at the building. The owners have done a good job in keeping it maintained and able to compete with all the new entrants in the hospitality business. What really makes the hotel stand out for me is how lovely and polite the staff members are. Front desk reception, waiters, security men are all so nice that it makes you overlook the few short comings they may have infrastructure wise. I had a thoroughly good stay and was blown away by how good their internet access was. Always a great place to visit and if you do be sure to check out their grill restaurant

stayed at the Hotel while attending ASLM conference at Transcorp. The Hotel has well organized security measures to ensure guest are safe at all times. Strangers can not tresspass to the guest rooms. Breakfast is very satisfying for anyone from any country in the world. The gym also made my stay very interesting. Cool staff like Obina and Peter have been always there to assist. The Hotel is also closeby to Shoprite and other shops at the Mall which is at least 5 min walk away. The room had Iron and Iron board which not many hotels would do this for the sake of getting more money for washing and pressing services.

This Hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. Would like to know how they manage to keep the name. Please have a look at my pictures and judge for yourself if you think it is worth your money. Positives: My bedding was clean. Loved the pizza from the Italian restaurant. Apart from that, this is NOT a Sheraton. Negatives: Training at front desk, and I can understand it taking a bit longer than usual. Shoddy maintenance is noticeable everywhere. Repairs have been done with no care. Even the picture frames in my room was not at the same level. Simple things like cleaning the place would also help! Have a look at the inside of the lifts! How do people rate this place 4 out of five stars? The whole place feel neglected and dirty. Security guards slouching in their chairs. Is this really a Sheraton?

The environment is so neat and well decorated with arts for sight seeing. The place has a really good security. The car park is really big to contain so many cars and not too far from the hotel, meaning you don’t have to walk much. They have a conference centre for events. The pool side is so clean. They have really nice lobby area. I so much like Sheraton and I recommend any day anytime.

Our family came for lunch. This was during a trip that was over 15 years in the making, so I brought my camera. As we were walking toward the lobby and entrance we were rudely stopped and told no photographs because of security. The picture we were taking was clearly nowhere near any of their security equipment. Honestly felt picked on, for something that was minor. A manager came over afterword and verbally reprimanded the security agents that they were overstepping their bounds by saying that and correctly said no Professional photographers. By then it had already theown us off. We walked around scouting the many restaurants inside, and there were 4 or 5 (a bit overpriced was the buffet). We eventually left and chose to dine elsewhere, the experience screwed up what was supposed to be me taking my family out to lunch.

The following staff were really great. Mr. Paul Eze and Daniel were wonderful. The Monday evening activity for SPG Guests in-house is great. I always looked forward to it. The hotel hypes it and make one long for it. The finger foods served are supper. The staff at the lounge are also great. They are always ready to serve you and go above board to get what you need from the main restaurant. If you want a homely place to stay in Abuja, the Abuja Sheraton is the place.

This Hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. Would like to know how they manage to keep the name. Please have a look at my pictures and judge for yourself if you think it is worth your money. Positives: My bedding was clean. Loved the pizza from the Italian restaurant. Apart from that, this is NOT a Sheraton. Negatives: Training at front desk, and I can understand it taking a bit longer than usual. Shoddy maintenance is noticeable everywhere. Repairs have been done with no care. Even the picture frames in my room was not at the same level. Simple things like cleaning the place would also help! Have a look at the inside of the lifts! How do people rate this place 4 out of five stars? The whole place feel neglected and dirty. Security guards slouching in their chairs. Is this really a Sheraton?

I like the feel of the place especially the pool side on Sundays. The Sunday brunch is really nice here and make really nice steak, peppered chicken and mashed potatoes. The only downside for me is the special attention the waiters pay to some customers they feel will tip more over others. I have witnessed this a couple of times and find it quite unpleasant. This Hotel does not live up to the Sheraton name. Would like to know how they manage to keep the name. Please have a look at my pictures and judge for yourself if you think it is worth your money. Positives: My bedding was clean. Loved the pizza from the Italian restaurant. Apart from that, this is NOT a Sheraton. Negatives: Training at front desk, and I can understand it taking a bit longer than usual. Shoddy maintenance is noticeable everywhere. Repairs have been done with no care. Even the picture frames in my room was not at the same level. Simple things like cleaning the place would also help! Have a look at the inside of the lifts! How do people rate this place 4 out of five stars? The whole place feel neglected and dirty. Security guards slouching in their chairs. Is this really a Sheraton?

Sheraton is such a lovely place to chill. When looking for a nice place to stay during visiting or conference, I recommend Sheraton. The environment is so neat and well decorated with arts for sight seeing. The place has a really good security. The car park is really big to contain so many cars and not too far from the hotel, meaning you don’t have to walk much. They have a conference centre for events. The pool side is so clean. They have really nice lobby area. I so much like Sheraton and I recommend any day anytime.
