Very poor service. Room was full of cigarettes odor. When we complained, they refused to change the room. We had to demand for room towels and only one was given for two people and the towel was not clean. Had issues with breakfast. They demanded that we pay for one person when the website clearly stated that breakfast is for the two guests per room and our reservation was made as such. Very poor service.

Yes, it was a good stay but their staffs have a condescending look. Maybe cause I’m young and they are used to the big men and women of Abuja. But they made me feel very out of place and one of their restaurant staff was VERY rude. Beyond words.

It is located in d heart of town with a good proximity to the central business district (CBD). There is presence of security in d compound n environment to give u that air of security when inside there. They av constant electricity made possible by their standby generators in conjunction with a solar power system. It can best be described as "dynamites come in small sizes".

Hawthorne suits is a very big hotel with so many rooms, so if you have a conference or a gig and you are considering a hotel that can accomodate a lot of people, Hawthorne might come top of mind. The lobbys and reception are well put together. The rooms however does not look well planned. The position of TV and some other things in the room is not user friendly. And response time of staff is very poor.

Room is sparkinlgy clean and the receptionists are always willing to make a stay memorable. The location is also central and cool.
